Spa Policy 

  • All spa guests are required to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their service appointment time. Each guest will be provided with a robe and slippers only when receiving multiple services. If you are running late we ask that you call us as soon as possible, so that we can do our best to accommodate you.

 

  • Appointments: There are several ways to schedule an appointment; by phone, book online or in person. A credit card is needed to secure bookings for multiple services and spa packages.

 

  • Cancellation: We do not over overbook therefore 24 hours advance notice of cancellation is required. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $25 fee. 

  • No show: We reserve time and space for you, making it unavailable to others. Credit Card, Gift Certificates or Coupons are used to secure your appointment, If you do not show up for your appointment you will be charged 50% of the cost of service booked. Once you book an appointment it is your responsibility to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or show up on time.

  • Groups: A $100.00 deposit is required to book and secure your pampering day; all deposits are deducted from the balance. A 15% gratuity is added to the bill.

 

  •  Children: We strive to create a relaxing environment for you. For this reason and their safety we request that children should only be brought for spa services .

 

  • Complaints: If for any reason you did not enjoy the service ,we invite you to return or call and let us know, so that we can correct the situation. Please respond within 24 hours. 

 

  • Cellphones: Upon your arrival to the spa we ask that you turn off your cell phone or put it on vibrate. This is time you have set aside to de-stress and escape the outside world so please make the best of your time here.

 

  • Gratuities: are not included in our prices. Gratuities are paid directly to your therapist.  Groups, couples and spa packages are charged 15% gratuity which will be added to your bill.

 

  • Gift Certificates: There are several ways you can purchase Gift certificates; by visiting our website at www.zenretreatspa.com, in person at our location or by phone and we will mail out the gift for you. Certificates must be presented at the time of redemption. Unfortunately lost or stolen Gift Certificate cannot be honored. Gift Certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are not refundable nor exchangeable at any time and cannot be redeem for cash.

 

  • Refunds: No refunds will be given on Credit Card, discounted or pre-paid services. Only exchange of spa services will be made. Refunds will only be given within 24 hours of purchase of gift certificates or products. 

  • Pre-Paid: Pre-paid packages is valid for 6 months and can not be transferred to someone else, while not valid for refund full price of service will be deducted balance can be used for spa services on menu. 

  

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. In certain instances, our fee schedule may change before our website does. Please confirm prices while booking your appointment.
